Today the high court ruled that the government were unlawful with the way the conducted the cut on the Feed in Tariff prior to the conclusion of the consultation.  This potentially means that the tariff of 43pence will remain until March 3rd.  However, one message sent out by one of the largest  UK Solar companies, Segen states the following:
