Western Red Cedar Shingles were specified for Tidewaters, a new build home in a Conservation Area on the West Sussex coast, within the Chichester Harbour Outstanding Area of natural Beauty. Kingsley Roofing were chosen to fit the shingles on this stunning seafront home.

Its been a very busy day for Kingsley Eco Solutions- we’ve been taking wood burning stove and domestic Solar PV orders throughout the day and, to top it off, a really great company has decided to go for a 50KW system- and possibly 100kw (more to follow on this).
In a few weeks the solar PV panels go up onto the flatroof at the Arun Civic Centre in Littlehampton, West Sussex. No easy task four storeys up!
Things have been looking pretty bleak in the solar industry- yet with falling prices in modules- the lower tariffs still stack up for individuals and companies that desperately wish to protect themselves from ever-increasing energy prices and want to reduce their carbon footprint.
Companies, like the one we are working with, are manufacturing 6 days a week with high electricity bills- perfect for utilising their roof for essentially creating their own power station.
