Kingsley Roofing (London)

Old Great Scotland Yard

Kingsley Roofing London secured and completed the prestigious Old Great Scotland Yard project in the centre of London for Galliard Homes in 2019.

Plough Lane, Wimbledon, London

With over 14,000 square metres of blue roof system this is believed to be the largest blue roofing project in London, to date, and one of the largest in the country.

Edenbridge Memorial Health Centre, Kent

Alexandra School, Kingston, London

Jubilee High School

On this school project, Kingsley Roofing London (KRL) were asked to find a solution for problematic metal cladded roof, which housed the Design and Technology department.

Yiwesley Methodist Church

This project required waterproofing a complex 430m2 roof with various elements, including upstands and posts.

Fairfield Halls, Croydon, London

Kingsley Roofing London played a pivotal role in the multi-million pound redevelopment of Fairfield Halls, a renowned arts center in Croydon, South London.

John Lewis Welwyn Garden City

This case study delves into a multifaceted roofing project involving the removal of existing roofing materials and the installation of an insulated BMI Noxite Bituminous membrane.

Worthy Down

This project was for the re-roofing of 62 properties inWorthy Down for Anglian. Kingsley were part of a wider refurbishment project, and were in charge of the pitched re-roofing aspect.

The Lake House

The scope of the project included the removal of the existing slates and lead from the structure. This entailed careful dismantling and disposal of the old materials to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Tree Close, Richmond

This project KRS were enlisted to complete full roof replacements on all 12 properties at Tree Close, an age-exclusive community in Richmond, Surrey, built in 1975.

Shrivenham, Phase 1

Days Ground and Common Close are two residential streets situated in Shrivenham, Swindon. The streets consist of 37 properties, owned by the Ministry of Defence.

The Hawthornes School

This project presented a challenge of refurbishing the roof of a historic building while preserving its character and ensuring modern functionality.

Brize Norton Phase 1

Faulder Avenue, Carterton, consists of 45 properties owned by the Ministry of Defence. Situated nearby to RAF Brize Norton, the RAF’s largest and busiest air station.

Shornecliffe

Kingsley Roofing were engaged by Amey Defence Services to carry out the works required to both flat and pitched roofs.

Esher, Surrey

We were instructed by PA Housing to carry out refurbishment works to 40 individual properties in various locations around Esher, which involved stripping and re-tiling along with new fascias, guttering and associated lead works.

Cambridge Military Hospital

This project aims to transform a Grade II listed collection of Victorian and Edwardian buildings into 140 elegant new homes.

Cricketers Parade

Sussex Asphalte were employed by our long standing client Crowther Overton Hart Surveyors to undertake the resurfacing of this 26om2 asphalt terrace and walkway.

Blatchington Mill School

The project involved stripping the existing asphalt waterproofing to the structural wood decking ready for the installation of the new Garland UK 3 layer felt system.

Southdown Road
